Taking influence from the likes of Adele, Billie Eilish, and Amy Winehouse, Sarah Stark is certainly putting her own spin on things with the fresh release of her latest, “Ghost”. Filled with soul, power, and general badassery, it didn’t take much for us to instantly fall in love with her sound and vibe that she’s created. Right off the bat, her latest is a complete winner.
With a mission to inspire others to be their truest selves, Sarah Stark’s music is sending a message inside and out. Laying down a wondrous instrumentation, streamlined by a top notch production, it doesn’t take a musical genius to realize that the real star of the show are Sarah’s vocals as a whole. What’s making her standout from the rest of the pack is the fact that it’s not just a song being sung, it’s using her vocals as another instrument in the mix that makes it a unique listening experience.
Based on our first impressions of the song, she really is taking the best parts of the artists listed above, but creating a signature style for herself. This particular genre of pop music is a tough one to nail, as it definitely takes an attitude to pull off the sound accompanied with the lyricism. Whichever you want to put it, or whatever genre you’d like to place it in, the real matter of the fact is that Sarah is absolutely crushing it.
The real hope here now that “Ghost” is out in the world is that more is on the way. It appears that the debut single was shared in 2019, so we can only hope that she’s been busy in the meantime crafting up more tunes for the world to enjoy. As far as being a lover of music is concerned, there isn’t a single type of listener that wouldn’t enjoy a listen here. It’s just that good.
