In the world of holiday-themed music, moreso leaning on Christmas songs, it’s been such a long time since a true original piqued our interest and ears. Currently based in the UK, the artist known as Rhian! has gone above and beyond in creating something unique of his own called “Be My Baby This Christmas”. Virtually guaranteed to get stuck in your heads and your hearts, we’re urging all who celebrate to give this one a listen and add it to your season playlists as soon as possible.

Just released on November 25th, Rhian!’s latest truly features all the necessary bells and whistles to implant itself as a year classic. Bursting with love, passion, and the essence of the season, his vocals quickly take shape as both warm and inviting. With help on the production from Massimo Braghieri and recorded at Intonoise Studio in London, all collaborators here put their all into something that we think everyone who listens is going to love. Coming in at right around two and a half minutes, it also holds all those classic and slightly nostalgic elements of your favorite Christmas songs of the past. What Rhian! has done best though is his ability to bring these classics into the future for something much more modern and present.

Seeing as though he’s been singing since the incredibly young age of 4 years old, we’re not surprised in the slightest that the talent shines right through here. More than anything though, he’s not just about holiday-themed music, rather he’s got more original tunes in his discography that at this point we’ve explored and sincerely enjoyed.
