Purple Drip crafts an intense instrumental single, "Embrace all"
An intoxicating mix of soundscapes, atmospheric tones, and beyond, Purple Drip has completely wowed us with the fresh release of “Embrace all”. Keep reading for a closer look at the track, as well as a much needed background on the artist.
Currently based out of The Netherlands, Purple Drip is the work of Zorana, who is a multi-talented producer, artist, and founder of Stellar Sound Foundation. Adding onto an already impressive discography, the project of Purple Drip has just put forth a rhythmic and explorative new instrumental titled “Embrace all” that’s gripping from the opening notes. As this was our introduction to the artist, we didn’t quite know what to expect, however by the end of the first listen we’ve already considered ourselves fans. Obviously, it’s our sincere recommendation to give this song a listen as soon as possible.
Says Zorana on the background of the single, “‘Embrace all’ is meant to open the listener’s imagination and invite them into an exploration of self-expression. The usage of non-routine instruments and spectacular melodies full of space are taking the listener into a new world of creativeness”. Through now multiple listens taking time to focus individually on the diverse usage of instrumentation, sound, and auras, the song is purposely made to feel intense due to the artist’s “rethinking of their life”. Nearly five minutes of pure entertainment and it honestly feels like Zorana is letting go of those feelings where the music takes on a life of its own and speaks for itself.
Speaking directly on the music itself, one of our main takeaways was the intimate attention to detail when it came to pacing out this song. As much as this could’ve been a quick three minute track, we loved particularly how Purple Drip extended its length and treated the song like a rollercoaster. You’re slowly building to the explosion where all the instruments meet up for a cavalcade of sound and it simply explodes with emotion at the end. For a purely instrumental piece just like this, she’s knocked it out of the park for something we’ll 100% be coming back to!
