Lola Menthol comes roaring back with a fresh new single, "Never Settle"

No surprise here, but Lola Menthol has released yet another fantastic single in her catalogue, titled “Never Settle”. Read along with us for our full thoughts on the track, in addition to a refresher on the artist as well.
You may remember not too long ago when we covered Lola’s recent EP, Lo Lamento, well now she’s back with another true banger, “Never Settle”. Currently based out of New York, Lola Menthol is an artist of pure self expression and an advocate for self healing through the creative process. According to the artist, she’s always had a passion for creation and finding her own forms of self expression. She’s focused on music and film, but also can get down with dance and painting as well. Lola is so very clearly a free spirit that knows what she wants in life, and she’s proven time and time again within her music that the best way to get it out, is through song.
Needless to say, Lola’s been busy in 2020 when it comes to music releases. With so much downtime in the world right now, we can only imagine that the creativity has to get out somehow. On “Never Settle” specifically, this might just be the artist at her best. With a massive trap beat, a clean flow in vocal delivery, and an impeccably high musical production, this song delivers in all the best ways possible.
For lack of a better describer, this song is a mood. We can envision ourselves listening during a strenuous workout, run, or when just wanting to take a quick life break. Lola delivers line after line with conviction and intense emotion. What you can really convey is that she cares, she cares so much about the overall tone in her music and it’s overly impressive the ways that it comes across.
With this all being said, we’re highly recommending and suggesting you fit this into your weekend listening plan, you surely will not be disappointed in this single!
