JD Dohnal strikes gold on catchy new single, "Believe Again"
Shared officially on March 3rd, 2021, JD Dohnal has released yet another incredibly catchy new single, “Believe Again”. Read along with us as we share our complete thoughts on the track, as well as a background on the artist as well.
For those unaware, JD Dohnal is an award-winning, Nashville-based songwriter, musician and producer whose songs have been used in major motion pictures, TV, advertising, and recorded by several artists. As far as musical creation, he covers all the genres including pop, rock, country, adult contemporary, and even a little jazz. His newest single “Believe Again’ is a testament that he can truly do it all.
While we’re sure you’ll notice within the first minute of your listen, but JD's aim is to write songs that evoke emotion, or at the very least, make you smile and bob your head. Our notes and first impressions through our multiple listens were just how many emotions it really did cover for us. Not only did it give the opportunity to dance along with the beat, but it was also atmospheric in its production and catchy beyond belief. Without a doubt, it’s been stuck in our head from the moment we stopped listening.
To be perfectly honest, this was our first foray into the music of JD Dohnal, however let it be known right now that it won’t be our last. The way that he was able to move us with his impeccable vocal delivery, inspiring lyricism, and so many more attributes just goes to show his multiple talents across the board. He’s also part of a band called Top Tier which we can’t wait to check out as well. As long as JD’s part of it, we’re positive it’ll be great.
While his solo discography doesn’t go too deep, our hopes are that more solo tracks are on the way. He’s impressed us greatly with the release of “Believe Again”, so obviously we’ll be looking forward to whatever comes next. With that being said though, we know we’ll have this track and the rest to listen to in the meantime, so no rush to the artist.
