Clouded Senses let loose on thrilling single, "Domination Untold"
On their debut single titled “Domination Untold”, newcomers to the scene Clouded Senses have completely obliterated all of our expectations. Please read on for our full analysis of this hard hitting track.
For some bands, it takes years and years to find their sound and pick an avenue of where to go in the future. In the case of Clouded Senses though, we legitimately wouldn’t want them to try anything else because we’ve come to love their debut “Domination Untold” so much so quickly. Without a doubt, we are highly encouraging multiple listens of this powerful new song.
At just two and a half minutes in complete run time, Clouded Senses have managed to take us over completely with a sound that encompasses the best parts of rock, punk, and pop. To begin, there’s not really a single negative we could point out during the song, but there are plenty of highlights that stood out. The vocals on this track are so perfectly classic and evoke the nostalgic feeling of the early 2000’s bands we grew up listening to. The tone, sincere emotion, and effortless delivery made its way into our hearts immediately.
On the production side of things, every instrument included can be heard as clear as day and mixed properly. While the drums certainly stood out at points, the collective wall of sound that all listeners are going to experience is exactly what you’d expect in a high energy track like this. At points it all felt quite anthemic, mainly meaning we could imagine ourselves in a sea of 10,000 people headbanging and singing every single word right back to the band.
As Clouded Senses gears up for another single release (quickly we hope!), we know for the absolute fact that we’ll be listening to “Domination Untold” over and over. Without giving too much else away, we really just want the point to come across that this is genuine rock that deserves your time, energy, and focus. It’s not often we vibe with a song this hard on an initial listen, which just goes to show you that there’s something extra special here.
