Clarion Clarkewoode excels on uplifting single, "Fear Can't Hold Me Down"
Displaying his buttery vocals over a compelling instrumentation, Clarion Clarkewoode has big plans with his soon to be released single, “Fear Can’t Hold Me Down”. Please read on for our full review of the track, as well as a background on this artist.
For this UK-based singer and songwriter, he’s truly put it all out on the table on his newest song “Fear Can’t Hold Me Down”. All set for its official release on February 4th, 2022, all existing and new fans of this immensely talented artist are sure to be blown away once they get a taste of the greatness he’s created. What’s ultimately a memorable vocal performance quickly turns into a message that becomes overwhelmingly positive. We couldn’t help but fall in love.
What was actually inspired by a dream has turned into a reality for Clarion Clarkewoode. Paired with a visually stunning music video to really heighten the senses, this artist has come to the conclusion that “fear is not fun, fear is not fair and fear is no one's friend”. Considering Clarion is a choir director and gospel singer, it’s not a huge surprise that that is the style he’s concocted on this track, but it doesn’t take away for even a moment the empowering feelings and themes presented either.
So much of what we enjoyed about this song was the slow creeping build that eventually led to a climax of sound, epic guitar riffs, and a weight lifted off of our shoulders. We’ll keep mentioning how amazing the vocal delivery was of course, but really it's the lyrics being presented that take this song from being good to great. Anyone out there with a half decent voice can sing a song, but it’s the true passion and emotion that can’t be taught. Clarion has got that skill bursting within him and it’s really come out to play on “Fear Can’t Hold Me Down”.
As the song gets ready for release on February 4th, we can’t help but recommend that everyone reading this before it comes out Pre-Save it as soon as possible. This is one you’re going to want to experience on opening day as it will undoubtedly put you in a positive mood for the future.
