Bozaay guides us through his newest album, "thanks for nothing" - Interview

Just released and continuing to expand on his already diverse sound, we got the opportunity to sit and speak with Bozaay all about his latest album, thanks for nothing. Check out our full interview below!

Currently representing the Sacramento music scene, Bozaay has put together another memorable album that we’re loving titled thanks for nothing. Ultimately created to help express his feelings through art, this is a compilation of 100% true life experiences detailed through music. We sincerely loved our time getting to speak with this emerging artist and all the details we learned about him in the process were the perfect cherry on top. This is 100% an interview you’re not going to want to miss.

At 11 total songs, spanning right around 29 minutes in run time, Bozaay doesn’t fill a second of space with any unnecessary filler or nonsense. Truly, this is one of the most instantly eclectic records genre-wise that we’ve heard in some time. As mentioned in our discussion, it’s definitely a Hip Hop record, however you’ll also hear plenty of Rock and Pop Punk influence coming through on so many of the songs. Filled with fun guitar riffs at times and an always top tier production, everyone involved in the project pulled out all the punches getting this one made.

Now one thing we’ll say before you get listening is to make sure that you listen on a nice pair of headphones as to not miss those subtleties within the production. There’s so many fun little moments that hide themselves, so definitely don’t damper your first experience. Additionally, we found the record to be quite cohesive, so a front to back listen should be mandatory. There are plenty of songs specifically that could be pulled as singles onto playlists, but really the entirety of it is gold.

With all that being said, make sure to not miss out on our chat, but definitely don’t skip over on thanks for nothing. You can listen, follow along, and stay tuned for everything else by clicking the important links below.
