Oliver Tree Debuts "Cowboy Tears" at LA's Shrine Auditorium

Right on the heels of his second LP release, Cowboy Tears, we got the incredible opportunity to witness the greatness of Oliver Tree at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles. To say it was fantastic would be a legitimate understatement. Further expanding on his already appealing set design, he left nothing to the imagination and fully brought the energy for a sea of concert goers that ate up every moment of it. We’ve got a full review and photo gallery to check out below.

Following up on his meteoric rise to fame with 2020’s Ugly Is Beautiful, it was a thrilling time to get to see the newest tracks played off Cowboy Tears in addition to everything we’d witnessed in the past. Paired with a packed crowd at the Shrine, it was a monumental event that won’t be forgotten anytime soon. Anytime the crowd gets into it and gets involved, it typically makes for a better show overall, however we can’t overstate the positivity that was experienced as a whole.

Tearing through some of his biggest hits like “Life Goes On”, “Cowboys Don’t Cry”, “Alien Boy”, and so many more, you almost forget that all of his songs are straight bangers. In between wild costume changes, riding a horse on stage, and oversized guitars, we can only describe this event as a spectacle. You could’ve attended not knowing even one of his songs and managed to have the time of your life due to just the sheer entertainment factor and twists & turns that presented themselves.

As Cowboy Tears has just been shared with the world, getting to see an album we’ve come to love so quickly live really puts it all into perspective. Without a doubt, Oliver Tree and his non-stop energy filling shows aren’t going anywhere anytime soon. If for some reason you’re on the edge about grabbing a ticket to see him, we sincerely suggest you check out our full concert photo gallery below to get a small taste of what you might be seeing. The energy is hard to match unless you’re there, but we moved all over the Shrine Auditorium to give you the best feel possible.

With all that being said, now’s about the time we’ll point you in the direction of the important links below to listen, follow along, and stay tuned for whenever Oliver Tree might be heading to a city near you! Enjoy!
