Tigs and Peppery collaborate on grime-focused track, "Bad Like We"

Guaranteed to get your heart rate up, Tigs’ latest musical endeavor is titled “Bad Like We” and it’s superb from start to finish. Read on for a closer look at the track, in addition to a background on this emerging artist.

For this Melbourne-based DJ and producer, the limits are truly endless when it comes to creating music and a vibe for a track. On his newest song called “Bad Like We” that features another talented artist named Peppery, he effortlessly combined Garage, Bass, Grime, and Dance into one super song that tickles the senses endlessly. The more you listen, the more you’ll uncover, and we confidently think you should dig into this one as soon as humanly possible.

Already making a name for himself globally through various collaborations, radio features, and more, Raw Tactics Records is Tigs’ newest project. Released via the label, things are looking bright for Tigs and we’re here to spread the gospel. For now though, let us enthusiastically tell you about “Bad Like We” and it’s strengths. Right from the get go, the energy lifts high and the production gets you bouncing up and down. With so many musical and genre influences present, it’s honestly hard to pinpoint individual moments compared to the constant wall of sound and varied instrumentation. However, when the vocals enter and set the tone for the song, that’s when we felt that things really began to take off and let loose.

With ties to both Australia and the UK, this distinct sound is a glimpse into the future of not only Tigs’ future creations, but music as a whole. Seriously, this style in particular might not have made its way to the US just yet, but it won’t be long before it’s all the rage. It’s the reason we’ll undoubtedly be following along with this artist and everything else he releases, but also a real hope that we see more coming as soon as possible. With the wheels in motion in every other facet of Tigs’ career, we’ve got a sneaking suspicion it won’t be long.
