Sundogs Wilder Seasons share scorching hot single, "Like a River"
Back at it again with another total scorcher of a track called “Like a River”, Sundogs Wilder Seasons resurgence is becoming more and more apparent. Read on for our positive review of the track, in addition to a refresher on the band.
While Sundogs Wilder Seasons were quite iconic dating back to the 1990’s, we’re continuously thrilled to see their comeback in real time. Their latest offering “Like a River” is a vocal masterpiece that oozes greatness on the instrumentation end as well. Having teamed up with former Led Zeppelin producer Leif Mases, the crispness and vintage illusions come through massively on this rock-centric track. Plain and simple, we absolutely loved it on first listen.
Written to convey feelings of true passion, the band says, “this single is sure to have you crying tears of joy by the end”. We couldn’t agree more honestly, mainly because it’s so rare that a classic rock and roll sounding song could hold such emotion, but by the end you’ll undoubtedly be feeling something up and down your body. The instrumentation here is completely impressive and everyone will be able to understand that, but the love of it all lies in the vocals. You can feel every ounce of passion flow through untouched and it’s really what will have us giving this repeated listens in the future.
With the band back, recording, and putting new material out there, we’ll continue to say that we’re extremely excited for what’s to come. 2022 is shaping up to hopefully be their most successful year yet, and even though they crushed it in the past, there’s no telling what could happen in the near future. Putting out wonderful music just like this is the first step, but staying consistent and active will surely pay dividends in the future. We’re here for the ride and can’t wait to see more Sundogs Wilder Seasons!
