Red White & Whiskey unveil their patriotic self-titled debut single
Named after their debut single of the same name, Red White & Whiskey have just delivered an unbelievably heartfelt song that we’ve come to love. Read on for our full analysis of the track, in addition to a short bio on the band.
Made up of longtime friends Remington and Adriano Masciarelli, Red White & Whiskey is a soulful collaboration that’s been in the pipeline for quite some time now. Remington being an accomplished singer, songwriter, and producer has certainly added to the greatness of it at all, but let’s not forget Adriano’s killer guitar skills either. Together though, they’ve put something together that is equal parts memorable and optimistic towards a brighter future.
On the background of the song, the band has marked a tribute to veterans all over America, and the lyric video for the song is the ultimate visual accompaniment to really convey all the emotion and passion that’s gone into it. Featuring raspy yet commanding vocals and a climax towards the end that could legitimately bring a tear to your eye, this is hands down one of the most patriotic and pure American songs we’ve ever heard. If that was the intention, which we think it was, Red White & Whiskey have completely nailed it.
Throughout the entirety of the song though, you can palpably feel the catharsis that the listeners are going to endure if they were a veteran in the USA. Says Remington, “It felt good to have a relevant voice again and speak from the heart”. We couldn’t agree more as the lyrics presented here are more like honest expressions rather than fictitious remarks or words that just happen to be strung together. It’s like the lead singer is intimately sitting you down and explaining his message in a beautiful yet straightforward way.
As this is the band’s debut single and introduction to the world, we’re thrilled to express that they’ve got more music on the way in the form of singles and an album that’s expected for early next year.
