Randa Eissa turns it up on danceable single, "Baka Bum"
She’s got our hearts and our bodies racing at a million miles an hour, it’s Randa Eissa back and better than ever with her newest single, “Baka Bum”. Please read along for our in-depth analysis on this perfect track, as well as an important insight on the artist.
Filled to the absolute brim with afro-beat infused melodies and beats, Randa Eisse has an instant classic on her hands with the release of “Baka Bum”. Built for those late evenings dancing the night away, this is one of the most instantaneously catchy and lively songs we’ve heard in quite some time. 100%, this is a song that you’re not going to want to miss out on.
For those out of the loop, Randa Eissa is a Saudi Arabia-born, now Nigerian-based musician who is taking the influences of her country and masterfully crafting sounds to represent them. When she’s not making music, she’s also into fashion designing, modelling, and a business owner. There’s literally no stopping the rise of Randa, she can do it at all.
Following the release and success of her last single “Zoobi”, we’d like to make it very clear that she’s got another winner on her hands in the form of “Baka Bum”. While it’s a bit difficult for us to understand the lyricism as it’s in another language, that was the least of our worries as the music and vibe of the songs transcends any message that’s trying to come across. Not that the message doesn’t matter, rather this is a song built for the masses and we won’t be surprised when everyone around the globe is bumping around to it.
It’s not often that a song is stuck in your head during its first listen, but we were legitimately singing it aloud by the end. It cannot be overstated how catchy the song is, the grooves are beyond perfect and it’s truly a wonderful representation of what we would consider world music. She’s taken a slice of sound from her day to day life and enlightened us in Los Angeles, thank you Randa!
