Rachael Wood shares upbeat & vibrant track, "Be Mine"
With her first officially released single of 2021, Rachael Wood’s “Be Mine” was an instant breath of fresh air over here, we loved it! Please read along with us for our in-depth review of the track, as well as a background on this talented musician.
Consider us beyond impressed with the latest output from Rachael Wood. This Massachusetts born, East Texas raised artist is making her dreams come true as she continues down the path of musicianship. With each and every new piece of music, we can feel she’s closer to hitting those goals, but it’s never been clearer than on this latest single, “Be Mine”.
After changing her major 6 times in college because nothing came to close to the feeling of creating (we feel you!), Rachael made the right decision and made the jump to start making music for herself. For so many, and this barely gets talked about, but this pandemic was a lifesaver of sorts in the sense that it really gave individuals across the globe a moment to reinvent themselves and start out on paths that otherwise would have passed them up.
Thankfully, the music making started and the hits began to flow. It’s legitimately difficult to put into words how much we loved “Be Mine”, but we’ll try our hardest. Blending up the best parts of country, rock, and pop, Rachael Wood’s vocals have certainly shined the brightest here, but the production overall wasn’t anything to forget about as well. As the song goes on, the artist takes the listener to higher highs as the climax builds into an all out explosion of sound towards the final moments.
If anything, Rachael kept our ears glued to the music with each and every maneuver she managed to pull off. It doesn’t happen quite often, but when an artist is able to not only impress with their vocals, but also use their voice as an instrument that falls into the rest of the mix, that’s when you know you’ve got gold on your hands.
Truly there’s about a million positives we could point out here, and close to 0 negatives, but the main priority of this all is to get you as a reader to dig into it as a listener. If what you’re craving is an emotionally positive track that features vibrant vocals that are sure to send shivers down your spine, then we think this just may be the song for you. With that being said, go ahead and dig into this as soon as you possibly can.
