Orlando Rocco Music & Justis Chanell team up for exciting single, "Way You See Me"
Collaborating on an absolute beauty from start to finish, Orlando Rocco Music and Justis Chanell have put the best of themselves into their latest, “Way You See Me”. Please read on for a closer look at the track, in addition to a background on these talented artists.
Founded in 2017 as an homage to the passing of his brother, the project of Orlando Rocco Music came to life and has steadily been dropping expertly produced singles over the past 5 years. With the help of Justis Chanell on this newest single “Way You See Me”, the two have taken their individual skills and molded them into a song that embodies the good vibes of an upcoming summer and a downright groovy beat to get dancing to. We’ve loved our multiple listens and confidently think everyone out there is going to feel the same way.
As most of Orlando Rocco’s music has features on them, it’s always a guess as to what the final product might sound like. In this case, the production is quickly the first thing you notice as it’s up front and personal, but the serene vocals added in by Justis are what really put “Way You See Me” over the top. The song itself only comes in at just a tad under three minutes, but ultimately it left us wanting more by the end which typically is a good sign for any artist. Melodically they’ve both nailed it, however the vibes and the aura that it all gives off are something that can’t be taught or learned. There’s a general laidback feeling about it all and it’s what will have us coming back for repeated listens for the foreseeable future.
While everything going on in the background is pristine with no notes to be given, we do feel the need to give a special shout out to the lyricism here that might come off as underrated. There’s certainly some anthemic moments that are meant to be repeated in a live setting, but we do urge everyone to attempt to connect the dots on the meaning behind it all.
With all that being said though, both Orlando and Justis are a collaboration match made in heaven, so we hope to hear more coming from them both soon enough.
