Lyle Oliver returns to talk latest single, "Dandelions and Roses" - Interview

Back at it again with another instantly catchy single he’s calling “Dandelions and Roses”, Lyle Oliver has made his return to us for another outstanding interview detailing his latest endeavor. Check out our full discussion below.

Acting as a tribute to the great Don Everly, Lyle Oliver has handcrafted this single with the production leaning towards a deliberate 60’s sound featuring vocal harmonies that surely send shivers down your spine. Co-written and produced by Mladen Alexander, these two collaborators have created sonic gold in the form of this beauty they’re calling “Dandelions and Roses”. However for every great single that Lyle shares, it’s always worth the time to speak with him to fully get the background.

Now as we’ve mentioned in the past and what will hold true going forward, Lyle always plays the game of keeping his listeners guessing as to what is on the way. He’s proven thus far he can confidently shape shift his songwriting and structure into any genre, so when we first clicked the play button here, it was no surprise that it was instant heaven to our ears. While we weren’t overly familiar with the music of Don Everly, Lyle certainly brought us up to speed during our interview, and it’s been a nice exploration through that discography. Now more than familiar, what he’s created on “Dandelions and Roses” is a spitting image of the same style, but with that signature Lyle touch.

With so much more music on the way at all times it feels like, we can’t say it enough, but this is an artist you want to keep your eyes on. Getting to speak with him on a consistent basis has been eye opening, because every conversation reveals a little bit more about an artist that we truly admire. If this is your introduction to his music, be glad you found him, but don’t be afraid to do a deep dive on everything that’s been shared so far. There’s plenty to enjoy and a slew of tunes that’ll be released in no time.
