Giving listeners a taste of what’s to come off her upcoming EP, Lethia’s Natorium has just let loose an all new single, “Inner Child (Vinny’s Version)”. Read on as we share our complete thoughts on the track, in addition to a background on this artist.

Slated for a release towards the end of this February, Lethia’s Natorium is gearing up to share her newest EP, Inner Child - Remixes and then Some. Leading off with something special, we’ve thoroughly enjoyed the first single from the record, “Inner Child (Vinny’s Version)”, an eclectic mix of atmospheric soundscapes, unique vocal patterns, and inventive instrumentation. If this happens to be your introduction to this artist’s work, this is certainly a wonderful opportunity to get to explore more.

While the original “Inner Child” was shared a few months ago and a part of her debut album Tenant, the feedback was so positive that Lethia’s Natorium took it one step further and began to embark on a remixes record. As we don’t know the full details on what the rest of the EP will entail in terms of genre or sound, what we do know is that it’s already been an adventurous journey getting into the headspace of something that is so sonically different from the original. Our sincere recommendation is to give this new fleshed out song a spin as soon as possible, but we’d be remiss to not urge everyone to check out the original too in order to spot the differences and pick an ultimate favorite. It’s difficult for us to decide as they’re polar opposites, but it also goes to show how much creativity and ingenuity can go into rehashing something special like this.

On “Vinny’s Version”, we’re 100% partial to the more space-like effects and close attention to detail to truly bring out an expansive and downright ethereal feel. As the four minute track goes on, you almost feel as if you’re floating, becoming one with the song and fully immersing yourself into the mix and subtleties added. Surely the artist and other collaborators have saved more surprises for the full release and we’ll surely be keeping a close eye on what’s to come!
