K3n_Dra presents her debut album "The Awakening" - Interview
After an immense amount of work put in, K3n_Dra has finally released her newest album titled The Awakening. Luckily for us, we got the opportunity to sit down and speak with the artist in an in-depth interview. Watch our full talk below.
Hailed as “calming for the soul and uplifting for the mind”, K3n_Dra is making a name for herself with her version of healing music. Having performed consistently at events and venues, we’re so thrilled that her debut The Awakening has finally seen the light of day. Our interview was the much needed insight to really get to know her as an artist and a person.
In addition to singing and songwriting, she’s also a Holistic Doula and business owner, with a heart for charity and giving back. People are always on her mind, and as a healer, she’s an advocate for mental health and does a ton of charity work to help bring more awareness to domestic violence cases. Her goal is to inspire because that’s what’s in her heart.
Now obviously we’d prefer for you to watch or listen to the artist on our podcast, but really the main priority here is for you to get into this album. With collaborations that were quite impressive from start to finish, it’s a full album listening experience that we confidently feel you should not be missing out on. If you happen to find the time to watch us speak, it will give an even brighter insight into the genius that went into actually making the music. In our opinion, it’s worth the watch.
Filled with so much talent from top to bottom, it’s even a wild thought to know that she’s working on more music prior to this album even being released. It just goes to show that a true artist has the work ethic to create and produce as much as they can, as long as they’re inspired. Gaining so much valuable insight from her everyday life, we’re not surprised at the work ethic in the slightest, however at this point it’s just got us looking forward to the next big release day.
