Jordan Everett tells all on personal debut single, "Tension" - Interview

Exceeding all expectations on his debut single titled “Tension”, we got the opportunity to sit down and hear all the finer details from the man himself, Jordan Everett! Watch our full featured interview below.

Currently based out of Los Angeles, California, Jordan Everett is an alternative indie pop artist who’s just let loose a spectacular debut single called “Tension” that also features another artist, DXCKLIN. Released via AWAL/Kobalt Music Group, the song’s background is the detailed story of Jordan’s breakup and moving 3,000 miles away from his hometown. The song has a gripping story of course, but the vibe, atmosphere, and production are stellar as well.

Featuring some seriously inventive guitar tones, imagery-filled lyricism, and a whole lot of production effects that give the song a ton of pizzaz, we can claim right now that Jordan Everett’s 1 for 1 on released singles. Seriously, we couldn’t help but immediately fall in love with the lighthearted feel of the song and the confidence that he evokes in his vocal delivery. The entire package and rollout of the song has been great, plus hearing all about the process and behind the scenes was a total treat too.

Now while of course the main priority here is to check out this song, because it’s fantastic, we’d also love for you to watch or listen to our interview with Jordan. Relating with a song is always one of the best parts of listening, but getting to hear the in’s and out’s of how it all came about is truly priceless. We have a sneaking suspicion that even bigger things are on the way according to our chat, which is why we’re so excited to get to watch this music career gain traction from the ground up.

Without spoiling too much else, let us gleefully point you in the direction of those links below where you can not only listen, but follow along with Jordan Everett’s journey as a musician. We sincerely hope you love it all as much as we did!
