Janicci & Alhe80 overwhelms the senses with new single, "Africano"
As summer peaks its head around the corner, we’ve found our new go to song titled “Africano” that was recently released by Janicii & Alhe80. Please read on for a closer look at the track, as well as a background on the artist.
Miraculously created on his smartphone while at work, it’s instantly shocking to realize that the quality of “Africano” came from something every individual uses all day long. We suppose that just goes to show the pure genius of Janicci & Alhe80, however he’s still imparted his signature sound on this dance house-inspired single. Keeping things quite upbeat on the instrumentation side, there’s a juxtaposition on the lyrical end that ultimately proves to be a tad somber. All in all though, we’ve fallen in love with it and can’t wait for everyone out there to give it a spin.
As there’s such a resurgence in popularity of house music right now, Janicii & Alhe80 is pulling what worked so well in the past with a glimpse of a forward vision within the genre. Even putting the lyrics aside for just a moment, there’s such a positive aura surrounding this song and the vibrance that it holds. Knowing how it was created adds a real allure to it all too, but the most impressive thing overall is the sheer amount of music that this artist has created throughout the pandemic. Clocking in at over 185 songs, most of which have garnered critical success through playlisting, there’s legitimately no end to his creativity. If you’ve taken a liking to “Africano”, which chances are you’re going to, there’s plenty more to explore within his catalog.
If you’re looking to dance, to get grooving, or to lose yourself in a well crafted song, then you’ve just found exactly what you’re looking for. The more that we listen to “Africano”, the more subtleties we find in the production that stand out from previous listens. Considering this was created on a phone, it’s actually difficult to get over the fact that it hits as hard as it does.
