Hannyta kicks off 2022 with a strong single, "Make It to the Night"
Starting off her 2022 on a high note, Hannyta has delivered yet another instantly catchy single titled “Make It to the Night”. Please read on for our full review of the track, as well as a background on this emerging artist.
At only 17 years old, Hannyta is a Hungarian-born and now Scotland-based singer and songwriter who’s proven quickly she’s got everything it takes to make it far in the music scene. Already reaching the Top 5 on South Africa’s iTunes chart, each subsequent single she’s put out so far has been more diverse than the last. On her newest, “Make It to the Night”, that fact continues to stay true.
Clocking in at just a tad over three minutes in length, so much of what we enjoyed about this song is that it left us with that feeling of wanting more as soon as it finished up. Centering the song around Hannyta’s crisp vocals was the obvious stylistic move, however everything going on within the production and background provided the ideal stability for a single we know we’ll be coming back to.
Of course it’s not always just about the sounds of the song, rather the lyricism and how everything is delivered. On top of her voice sounding serene, we urge the listeners out there to try to make connections within the themes of the song too. The passion behind her voice and the sheer emotion added in gives it that full heartfelt feeling that so much music nowadays is missing. Just the way that she manages to shift the focus to herself is something to point out as a positive, but really the entire package of the track came out flawlessly.
As this song sees its release at the top of the year, our hope going forward is that this isn’t the last we see from her in 2022. She’s got to capitalize off of the success she’s brought thus far, and with that being said, we’ll surely be keeping a close eye on everything that’s set to come. In the meantime, we’ve included all the important links below in order to listen, follow along, and stay tuned for more.
