Andrei Lucian Moraru engineers pure beauty on "Under The Moonlight"
It cannot be overstated, but we instantly fell in love with the newest single release from Andrei Lucian Moraru titled “Under The Moonlight”. Please read along for our full and in-depth review of the track, in addition to a background on this talented artist as well.
On this purely instrumental track coming from Andrei Lucian Moraru, the artist has managed to evoke just about every positive emotion out of us. On “Under The Moonlight'', Andrei shows his impeccable guitar skills, but also has managed to create a breathtaking and spacial atmosphere that will transport you as a listener. Hands down, this is a new song and an artist that we highly recommend getting yourself into.
Inspired by the likes of Freddie Mercury and Syn Gates, Andrei Lucian Moraru also has taken influence over the years from legends like Metallica, Avenged Sevenfold, and Rise Against. While it may not necessarily be reflected on this newest single, he’s taken a slightly different approach here and opened up his options as to what he can create and accomplish. On “Under The Moonlight”, the vibe is certainly a lot more relaxed, something you can nuzzle into and enjoy as a whole.
Following up his EP titled Orchestral Covers, Vol. 1 that featured covers from Avenged Sevenfold, Bruce Faulkoner, and Rise Against, Andrei’s newest plan is to release music every month this year, while having at least one single released. While it is certainly an ambitious plan for any artist, with the focus and drive that we assume he’s got it, we’ll be happy to listen to anything he continues to put out into the universe.
To be honest, it is not quite often that we receive purely instrumental tracks, however they are always welcomed especially when they are of this quality. Featuring mainly an acoustic guitar, the aforementioned atmosphere and grand world that was created on “Under The Moonlight” definitely puts it towards the top of our favorite instrumentals that come our way. We will 100% be digging into the rest of this artist’s discography as we’re sure there are plenty of gems to uncover.
