Alan Dreezer teases outstanding track "Equal" off soon to be released record

Teasing his all new track “Equal” (out on February 12th) off his forthcoming album set for release later this year, Alan Dreezer is back with an absolute hit. Please read along with us as we break down our thoughts on the single, in addition to a background on the artist as well.
Currently based out of Chelmsford, Essex, United Kingdom, Alan Dreezer is a synth pop singer and songwriter who has branched out on his as of recently to create something stellar of his own. His brand of electropop is quite unique, which is why his upcoming record H E A L E D is definitely on our listening radar.
Having just been nominated for Best Solo Artist at the 2020 Essex Panic Awards, Alan has been in the music game for quite a while now. While he’s supported 80’s favorites Brother Beyond and even played sold out shows at High Barn Great Bardfield with ADProject, the artist continually is stepping it up in terms of music quality and career as well.
With the impending release of “Equal”, he’s set to show the world just what he’s got and what he’s capable of. Considering he released his debut solo record LONDON E12 back in 2018, it was only a matter of time until he made his swift return. Thankfully though, “Equal” is a loveable, danceable, and ultimately replayable song that we haven’t been able to turn off since it crossed our paths.
Seeing that this is the teaser track that’s planning to hype up the inevitable album release coming in the middle of next month, consider us quite hyped as we cannot wait to hear a follow up. As synth pop fans and lovers ourselves, our bar for judging these types of tracks is typically a bit higher as we know what sounds good and what might be trying too hard. With that being said, Alan Dreezer has absolutely blown out our expectations because this song has it all.
Listening to LONDON E12 and comparing it directly with “Equal”, it’s the perfect evolution of where we’d imagine his sound would go. As fantastic as the backing beat is, Alan’s smooth vocals soar right to the forefront as he delivers his message to all those who will listen. An entire album of outstanding tracks is exactly what we need right now.
While it may be winter where we’re located (Los Angeles), this song has made us want to get up and dance anyway. By the time the album is released we hope it’ll be a tad bit warmer, but there’s no doubt in our minds that when summer rolls around, we’ll be spinning it nonstop. So to all, do yourselves a favor and get listening!
