42Breezy turns it up on his all new debut record, "Breezy World"
Officially released on January 28th, 2021, 42Breezy has finally let out his all new record, Breezy World. We’re loving it! Read along with us as we share our thoughts on the album, in addition to a background on the artist as well.
For those unaware, 42Breezy is currently based out of South Central, in which he’s translating his love for music into a career for himself. While he makes music centered around Rap and Hip Hop, he's truly a lover of it all. Considering that he only released his debut single in April of 2020, we’re thrilled that a full length album has managed to follow so quickly.
Recorded in his phone with Apple earphones, you’d honestly never be able to tell. We think it goes to show that you don’t need 1000’s of dollars in professional equipment to release something of true quality. On Breezy World, the artist has done something special by bringing on a special cast of talent to have a feature on almost every song. Featuring artists such as Xanman, Tonez, 23gelato, evo, & so many more, they’ve helped to compliment the greatness on the record.
At 8 total tracks presented, there truly isn’t one that is lackluster in the slightest. As cohesive as the album is by listening from start to finish, Breezy World also holds the capabilities to break it up into mood-specific playlists, or even if you’re not feeling like listening to the whole thing, you’d confidently be able to pick and choose to get the full experience.
Considering that the artist is so early in his career, we really do think that this is a fantastic start and a spectacular debut that has cemented the artist within the industry. As he continues to grow, expand his sound, and mature in all areas of music in general, we think he can be a serious player in the music scene.
There are so many artists out there these days that continue to put album after album that leans toward subpar, but the fine work that was created here has us feeling good about what’s to come. We don’t mean to look way forward into the future, as we’d like to focus on the now of the music, but 42Breezy has us hopeful for the future in Hip Hop.
With this all being said, do yourselves a favor and give this one a spin. There’s really something for everyone to enjoy on here, so give it a shot!
