Carter Hulsey on his upcoming release, the state of touring, and his favorite albums of 2020
Interview by Austin Sher
Ahead of his newest release (Date TBD), we got the unique and special opportunity to chat with Nashville-based artist Carter Hulsey. As a longtime favorite musician of ours, this was a special opportunity. Do yourself a favor and watch our full video interview by clicking the YouTube link below.
If you’re unfamiliar with Carter’s music, now’s the best time to scan through his impeccable back discography as he gears up for what’s to be another fantastic release. While we don’t have an official release date for what’s next, we’re keeping a close eye for when that day may be. In the meantime though, we highly recommend listening to his most recent release Haunt Me (2017), surely you won’t be disappointed. If you liked that, which you’ve got no reason not to, might as well check out Drive Out and A Note In Your Pocket as well.
Fans of indie folk and country, this is the artist you’ve been missing out on. As great as his music is, he’s also an extremely down to earth artist who makes music for his fans. It’s catchy, memorable, and by the time you know it, you’ll be singing along yourself.
With all that being said, we’re thrilled we got the time to speak with Carter and we look forward to another conversation as soon as the first single’s release. For all things Carter Hulsey and to stay up to date for future releases and information, please check out the following links below.
