Skar De Line deliver intriguingly powerful new single, "Satisfied"

Shared officially on November 27th, 2020, Skar De Line have released a stellar new single, titled “Satisfied”. We’re loving it! Read along for our thoughts on the track, in addition to a background on the artist as well.
For those who may be unfamiliar with the artist, Skar de Line is an English artist, born and raised in Sweden. His influences come directly from cinematic soundtracks, hip-hop, and electronic metal. Together the overall sounds come to create dark commercial hooks, with his lyrics trying to ask more questions than he can answer. As well as the single being released on Friday, we can also expect a new cinematic music video to be released on December 4th.
We got a chance to catch up with the artist before the release who gave us a background on what exactly “Satisfied” means to him…”Satisfied deals with the power we have over our own perception of ourselves, and on the contrary, the alienation we feel around people we don't understand, the loss of control we have over someone that doesn't have anything left to lose. It's about the disorientation we get when we accomplish what we set out to do, when we longer have a purpose.”
Our first impressions on the track were just how beautifully dramatic and emphatic the overall atmosphere and sound really were. To be perfectly honest, we feel that it’s intensely difficult to create magic like this these days. With production skills rising to the forefront of music making, we commend the artist on being able to grasp a true feel of a cinematic experience and universe, and somehow capture all the essences into one solidified track.
While this artist is up and coming, there’s no doubt that we’ll be following this career with a close eye. If he’s churning out such gold this early on, there’s no doubt the quality will be high for years to come.
Highlights for us across the board were just how powerful the vocal delivery was! You could feel the emotion and within the deep lyricism, every line delivered was captivating and intriguing.
