From the genius of Saeid Alizadeh, who’s now much better known as Saeid AK, this multitalented artist has just shared a new and impassioned single titled “Ta Akharin Nafas”. Displaying a wide variety of range within his vocals, as well as a seemingly infinite amount of styles touched on, he’s managed to truly express himself from beginning to end. While this was our introduction to Saeid’s music as a whole, it certainly won't be our last stop for more exploration.
On the background of it all, ultimately Saeid has written these lyrics to illuminative “the lives lost in an overtly scary Iranian climate”. To begin, the lyricism is another language, but the title of the song directly translates to “until the last breath”. What Saeid has accomplished here is really groundbreaking though, bringing a much needed awareness to the citizens of Iran who are actively fighting for freedom and peace. The words and their vivid nature absolutely add to the allure of “Ta Akharin Nafas”, but because he’s an emphatic artist, really the entire song does it in a way that implores the listener to connect the dots and dance the night away as well. The work that has gone into this wasn’t only in its message, rather in a slick production with plenty of hypnotizing effects too.
Recorded at NextBeat Studio in Agoura Hills, California, which is literally down the street from our headquarters, this was honestly an international effort to put together. As a Persian-Swedish musician whose artistry knows no bounds, his collaborations have been endless this year, and we can think of no better way to wrap up an extraordinary 2022 than with a statement single like this. Looking forward, it appears as though Saeid AK has plenty more in store for the new year, and we can only begin to imagine what marks he’s going to leave on the music industry in the time being.
