Phantomlane delivers a high quality production on latest single, "Come Through"

Back with yet another exhilarating new single, Phantomlane has officially released his track, “Come Through”. Read along with us for our full review on what we thought of the song, as well as a short bio on the artist himself.
Based out of Portland, Phantomlane, also known as Matt Bellmore, is a multi-instrumentalist and producer who is an up and coming electronic music producer known for his electro-, synthwave and pop-influenced style. He is versatile in writing and has composed many orchestral arrangements for his band and other bands. Growing up in Alexandria, Minnesota, Phantomlane began playing guitar and piano in his youth and continues to this very day honing his musical craft. His most recent 2020 single "Come Through" features a singer who has worked with names such as 3Lau, NEONHEART, Seven Lions, and more.
On the production side of things, Phantomlane is certainly making his mark within the genre. It’s no surprise here that we’re loving what we heard on “Come Through” and that we’ll definitely be following this career with a close eye.
Coming in at just about 4 minutes, this particular single features lush female vocals that fit into the overall vibe and atmosphere of the song incredibly well. The song could definitely be listened to a couple of times in different ways, one with vocals only, and a straight instrumental. Considering Phantomlane is more on the production side of things, the pure instrumental that he created on “Come Through’ is really what was most impressive to us. That’s not to say the vocals weren’t, but on a nice big pair of high quality headphones, it’s hard to disagree.
While there isn’t too much other music of Phantomlane to check out, although we do recommend it, hearing “Come Through” genuinely got us excited for what’s to come in the future. Whether it’s a personal track of his own, or something he’s working on behind the scenes, we’re convinced it’ll be of the utmost quality.
