Showcasing his best talents on one powerful single titled “No Time For Love”, Paul Bader has blown us away with his latest musical output. Please read on for our full review of the track, in addition to a background on the artist.
Currently based out of Copenhagen, Denmark, Paul Bader is a singer, songwriter, and bedroom producer who’s creating his own unique brand of funk pop. Having written his own songs since the age of 16, he’s been well on his way to making a name for himself, and this newest single is sure to catapult him based on how great it is. If this is your introduction to the artist, we can virtually guarantee you’re going to love this track.
Inspired by the current greats like Charlie XCX, Lady Gaga, and so many more, Paul Bader has clearly found his musical niche in those artist’s sound. However in his case, it’s not just your typical mainstream pop, it’s got infinite elements of alternative, contemporary, and funk fully infused into it at all. Plain and simple, if you’re looking to get moving or dancing around, “No Time For Love” instantly got our heartbeat up and made us want to learn the words to sing along.
According to Paul though, this song is a “cry-dance anthem” that he wrote and produced after a bad breakup, hence the lyrical context of the song. As upbeat and vibey as it really is, the personal influence and experiences come through within the message. It must have been tough to relive those traumas for the artist, but we sincerely hope that writing about it and creating art surrounding these topics helped to overcome the grief in the process.
With so many other wonderful singles also being released from Paul this year, not only are we recommending you check out his newest, but you must do a deep dive on everything else he’s made too.
