Nomad debuts two groovy new club tracks, "Call" and "System"
Review by Austin Sher
Recently releasing a pair of debut singles, “Call” and “System”, Nomad has quickly imprinted himself into the music scene. We’re loving what we’re hearing so far, so please read along with us for our full review of the tracks, in addition to a background on the artist as well.
Right out of the gate, Nomad is combining forces between dark vibes and techy beats. The inspiration is being pulled from a futuristic electro house meets future bass standpoint, in which the interest has been heavily involved with since he first started out. His “underground-inspired groovy basslines and atmospheric club bangers” are a signature sound of his thus far that are putting him ahead of the pack in terms of output.
On his two singles “Call” and “System’, Nomad has jam packed a progressive sound into songs that are respectively only 2 and 2 and a half minutes each. While both songs are fantastic in their own right, we hope to hear an extended mix in the future. Although if the only con on these tracks is that they’re too short, we can confidently say that’s a quick fix to be had.
In a current world that is lacking clubs and an underground scene to be had, we have to commend the artist on creating exactly the type of music we plan to be raging to the moment we safely can. Both singles are begging to be spun loud and proud at the first available party that happens. Immediately on our initial listens, the bass tones and atmosphere created transported us mentally to a place of freedom, dancing, and so much more. This is the type of music you could envision yourself discovering at an underground nightclub situated in Eastern Europe, full stop.
With these being the first official tracks to come from the artist, we’re thrilled that we get to say we hopped on the Nomad train as early as we did. Sincerely, a massive shoutout to Baseline HQ for sending his work our way, because without them, it would just be another boring weekend listening to the same old club-inspired music.
Seriously though, even if you’re reading this by yourself and need a pick me up, these need to be the two newest tracks to hit your dance, workout, or running playlists. It’s a sure fire way to inject all the serotonin and dopamine you need in a very short amount of time. So what are you waiting for? Stop reading this and start listening!
