noelle captures greatness once again on single, "Forever Yours"
With its release coming recently on July 30th, 2021, noelle is turning heads once again with the undeniably catchy new single, “Forever Yours”. Please keep reading for our analysis of the track, as well as a refresher on this emerging star.
Stepping up the production to unprecedented levels and delivering another memorable performance, noelle has etched another win in “Forever Yours” to her growing discography. After covering “Therapy” not too long ago, you can only imagine our delight as this new single was announced and began to see the light of day. To be as transparent as possible, this is not a single you should let pass you by.
For those unfamiliar with the stylings of noelle, she’s the definition of a breakout star who is changing things up within the genre. At only 20 years old, she’s mending the gap between R&B and Jazz where she gets to showcase her vocals on top of a production standard that’s as good, if not better, than any mainstream artist out there at the moment. “Forever Yours” is an instant and clear winner in our eyes and ears.
On the background of the song, “Forever Yours” perfectly captures the euphoria of a relationship’s early days. With a history of writing sad ballads, noelle was inspired by LA’s Grammy-winning Sweater Beats (Lizzo, Missy Elliot, Chet Faker) and Alex Tirheimer (Sabrina Claudio, Dillon Francis, Freya Ridings) to dive into the comforting intimacy of the first feelings of falling in love; when your eyes lock, your hands touch and it’s clear that what you have found is going to last forever.
At about three and a half minutes in complete run time, noelle has entranced us and put us under her spell. Whether it be her vocals that bring you in or the hypnotic feel that the song presents, it barely even matters because what she’s doing is working. This is the type of song that has served a dual purpose of sounding great to the ears on a nice pair of headphones, but also challenges the listener to make connections within the lyrics.
