Gallowayyys immerses the listener on intense single, "crushin"

Blending together so many genres and styles while in the process of creating something completely original of his own, Gallowayyys has blown us away with his newest single, “crushin”. Taking on elements of hyperpop that are certainly mixed with little glimmers of Hip Hop and R&B, listeners across the spectrum of music can certainly find something in here that they’ll love. On the background of it all, Gallowayyys has touched on a subject that’s become all too common nowadays, “situationships”. He says, “‘crushin’ is an eccentric hyperpop song that speaks to the brief, but intense "situationships" we experience as a generation”. In all too relatable sentiment, we’d encourage everyone out there to attempt to connect the dots within this artist’s lyrics. Knowing about the themes is one thing, but getting inside his personal experience is surely the best way to feel that sincere connection. At this point, we’ve had the opportunity to explore the rest of Gallowayyys’ music and it’s such a nice breath of fresh air to experience honesty through his vivid words.

Listening with headphones or a nice sound system is mandatory, because there’s just way too much going on to be able to absorb it all otherwise. Featuring plenty of psychedelic elements that pop in and out, your focus is being whiplashed back and forth, but in the best way possible. “crushin” only clocks in at around two and a half minutes, but it’s such an adventurous and sonic journey from beginning to end. In fact, we confidently feel that the more you listen, the more you’ll be able to understand and uncover.
