Flynn Tanner hits all the high notes on single, "Make You Mine"
Releasing yet another instantly catchy single in 2021, Flynn Tanner is back and better than ever with “Make You Mine”. Please read on with us as we break down our thoughts on the track, as well as a background on this emerging artist.
Currently based out of Toronto, Flynn Tanner is a songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and beyond talented producer who is seemingly effortlessly putting together music that’s perfect for any occasion. Having been involved in the music industry since the young age of seven, this artist clearly knows a thing or two. We can let you know right off the bat that his latest “Make You Mine” is an instant winner and a song you should get into immediately.
At the moment, Flynn is actively studying at the Berklee College of Music on a full scholarship where he’s experimenting and putting together a modern blend of pop, alternative, and indie music. Flawlessly showcasing every positive thing about himself on “Make You Mine”, the blend of guitar riffs, lush vocals, and accessibility are exactly what’s going to rope you into becoming a super fan of his.
Honestly, it’s not often that we listen to a song once and are overwhelmed with how it makes us feel as it usually takes a few run throughs to get it all. With that being said though, the way that Flynn has utilized his vocals to reverberate emotion, and the way that the instrumentation is perfectly primed for the summertime are unprecedented. There sincerely wasn’t a single dull moment or lull present whatsoever.
Even better for fans of his music, this is the first single off his upcoming EP that’s scheduled for sometime hopefully later this year. We have a feeling it’s going to be a tough task to top this one, but Flynn Tanner’s talent runs deep, so it shouldn't be too difficult! We’re incredibly interested to see the direction he takes things of course, but also hope that his core sound is ever present in the grand scheme of the EP. However, whatever he decides to release, we’ll be listening in no matter what.
