Noah Kahan Plays Sold Out Show to Thousands at The Mann Center
Coming off of the debut of his deluxe version of Stick Season (We’ll All Be Here Forever), Noah Kahan played a very sold out show to Philadelphia fans at TD Pavilion at The Mann Center. Every song was a sing along including “Dial Drunk” - released just the day before, it became Noah’s highest charting song, debuting at number 3 on the Spotify charts. Luckily for us, we were front and center to enjoy the evening, so please check out our review and full photo gallery displayed below.
The pure joy that radiates from Noah and everyone else on stage makes you happy to be there - especially watching Joy Oladokun and Noah duet “Stick Season” during the encore. From their performances you can see they are doing exactly what they love, and the crowd loves them right back.
Noah started off strong with “All My Love” and took us on a tour through his discography. Playing songs like “She Calls Me Back”, “False Confidence”, “Mess” and “Northern Attitude”, there was never a dull moment in the set. There is something so special about an artist who can have over 12,000 people from Philly screaming about being from New England (and not screaming insults at New England Patriots fans). Philly got a special treat when Sam and Matt from Mt. Joy came out to sing an unreleased song, “Emily”. When it came time for “Carlos' Song”, which was dedicated to all of the friends he has lost through the years, phone flashlights lit up the TD Pavilion. From playing shows of only 8 people to Philly’s show of over 12,000 people, Noah proved that he is made for the big stage and he is here to stay.
Noah will be touring Stick Season through mid-September around the US and Canada so there are plenty more opportunities to attend this must see show! It may be the start of summer, but it’s always stick season. We’ll all be here forever.
