Noah Kahan Enchants a Sold Out Crowd in San Diego

On Wednesday night, Noah Kahan’s Stick Season tour came to the Cal Coast Credit Union Amphitheater in San Diego. As fans streamed into the venue, an air of excitement hung in the atmosphere, reflecting the eager anticipation of the upcoming show. The entire concert turned into a massive sing-along affair, as fans enthusiastically belted out every lyric alongside Noah.

The show kicked off with a spirited rendition of "All My Love," instantly setting the tone for a lively night ahead. Noah Kahan playfully introduced himself, showcasing an array of amusing nicknames like Folk Malone, Scary Styles, and Jewish Capaldi. Throughout the evening, Noah's clever sarcasm effortlessly entertained the audience.

Amid the playful banter, Noah struck a more serious chord, baring his vulnerability before some of his more serious songs. He candidly shared his personal struggles with mental health and his journey through therapy. Just before he played "Call Your Mom," he urged those grappling with similar challenges to seek assistance. This poignant moment echoed Noah's overarching mission to foster awareness about mental health. Impressively, a portion of each ticket sold during this leg of the tour is being donated to The Busyhead Project Fund, an initiative led by Noah that aids organizations in providing crucial support and resources to marginalized communities.

The setlist predominantly showcased tunes from his latest album, Stick Season (We'll All Be Here Forever), sprinkled with a handful of older tunes including "Mess," "Maine," and "False Confidence." Noah's expanded album and his latest release of "Dial Drunk" featuring Post Malone, has propelled him to newfound fame.

The night closed with “Stick Season” where Noah Kahan brought Joy Oladokun, the opener, back onto the stage. The energy was electric with all the fans yelling the lyrics at the top of their lungs. The concert concluded on a high note, leaving the entire audience enveloped in a sense of euphoria that lingered long after the final chord had resonated.

Noah Kahan will be continuing to tour the US throughout the rest of summer and into the fall before he moves onto his European leg of his tour. A majority of the remaining US dates are sold out, so snag tickets to this must-see show while you can.
