Making her way back to music after a 15 year hiatus, we’re thrilled to announce that Wolfstang is back with a debut single she’s titled “Bad Habit”. We are loving it! Read on for a closer look at the track, in addition to a background on the artist.

After gaining years of life experience as a CEO, entrepreneur, and woman in business, the artist behind Wolfstang is feeling more invigorated than ever. While she’s directly inspired by the healing benefits of psychedelics, this alternative therapy has been leading the charge in her thankful return to crafting meaningful music. On her newest single “Bad Habit”, you can expect a lyric-forward performance that’s spearheaded by empowering vocals and a killer instrumentation to back it all up.

With a debut EP set to release within the next month, we obviously don’t want to spoil too much, however we’re actually going to have Wolfstang on for a full interview and in-depth discussion. Make sure to come back at the beginning of June, but for now, please let us tell you just how much we’ve enjoyed listening to this single thus far. Coming in at just a hair under four minutes in length, the artist quickly builds up the suspense of the song with a booming bass and a tone setting vocal delivery.

The instrumentation and mixing feels like a deliberate choice to have the acoustic guitar turned way up for a stylistic effect, which ultimately we were big fans of. It should come as no surprise though, because with a voice like hers, of course it’s got to end up being the star of the show. She instantly comes across as confident and powerful, but with a tinge of attitude that sets “Bad Habit” apart from similar sounding songs within the genre. Lyrically speaking, she continually sets the scene with imagery-filled lyricism that paints a picture from start to finish. You feel as if you’re living vicariously with the character in the story and all of your emotions are on the line for whatever happens next.

To call “Bad Habit” riveting would be an understatement, but if anything, it’s a fantastic precursor to the rest of the music that’s going to be released any day now. While you patiently wait, we suggest you check out the important links below to listen, follow along, and to stay tuned for much more!
