WLF.JMS serves up a genre-bending single, "Dangerous"

At only 21 years old, WLF.JMS and his rapidly growing discography are a testament to his dedication and infinite creativity within his respective genre. Currently based out of Houston, Texas, the artist’s newest single is called “Dangerous” and it’s a lyric-focused piece that certainly isn’t lacking in the department of original beats or production. We’ve sincerely enjoyed our multiple listens of it so far and know that all the readers are going to feel the same once you hit the play button.
With so much more music on the way that’s slated for a 2022 release, “Dangerous” is WLF.JMS’ first track of the year, but he’s come out with a massive bang. While this song’s roots are deep seated in Hip Hop, the instrumentation that backs it all up spans multiple genres. You’ll notice quickly, but there’s a real mature sound coming from the acoustics in the background that leans heavily on an acoustic picked guitar. Not only does it add a complex depth to it all, but it also allows for the artist’s lyrics and vocals to be front and center for all to enjoy. The song itself only comes in at around two and a half minutes, however this artist has wasted zero time whatsoever getting to the point. It’s built to be replayed, but also to go back as many times you need to break down the themes within his words.
WLF.JMS had himself an incredibly prolific last year with four underrated singles released, but he’s had his head down and he’s ready to strike back by the end of 2022. If for some reason “Dangerous” is your introduction to this emerging artist, we’re fairly confident that going back and checking out everything else he’s made is going to be mandatory. Finally, an artist within the Hip Hop genre is shaking things up and crafting out a vision for the future. Not only is he a talented song composer, but the rest of his skills have proven to be unmatched in all other regards.
