For those who may be unaware, Van Go Go the are an in your face rock band hailing from Detroit, MI., who have just released this new single, "Big Mistake", released on October 23, 2020.
COVID and the universe brought Van Go Go back together after their separation in 2008. Van Go Go is made up of Nathan Mackinder (vocals), Jason Schaller (guitar), Paxton Olney (bass) and Jonah Brockman (drums).
"Big Mistake" was produced by Grammy Award winning Producer/Engineer Chuck Alkazian (Pop Evil, Soundgarden, Tantric) at legendary Pearl Sound Studios (Asking Alexander, Eminem, Filter).
What you’re going to get with Van Go Go’s music is a big hefty dose of Detroit rock that doesn’t stop giving. We don’t want to give too much away about their music or our conversation, but let’s just say these guys are the real deal. They know music and they’ve quickly proved it just on this one single that we’ve heard. The good news is that they’ve been quite active throughout this quarantine, so we’re very excited to see what else is headed our way in the coming future. No rush to the artists, as we know these things can take time. However, we’re quite excited!
