After years of work, patience, and refining, Sergio Napoletano’s newest musical endeavor titled Memory Aisle has arrived and it’s unreal! Please read on for a closer look at the record, as well as a much needed background on this artist.

With this being his first major release since 2016’s Go On EP, Sergio Napoletano is back with a refreshed and rock-filled sound that has been nothing but a delight to listen to since its release. Titled Memory Aisle, the artist enlisted help from AJ Pantaleo (drums), Thomas Pistilli (bass), and Joe Pecora on (guitar) to help him put the final touches on the EP through its recording process. All representing the music scene in Staten Island, New York, these collaborators have delivered something extraordinary that we’ve got to overwhelmingly recommend a listen to.

Coming in at 5 total tracks, spanning right around 17 minutes in length, not only are these songs sonically vibrant in their instrumentation, but they hold strong messages within the lyricism too. Says Sergio on the record’s background, “the songs reflect on the past and look forward to a future of new paths and experiences (relationships, fatherhood, career, etc.). We’ll be honest and say that we were initially enticed by the absolute wall of sound and general shredding that Memory Aisle provides, but after going back for multiple listens, we’ve shifted our focus to the context of the record and it’s become even brighter once you consider all the aspects. We’re all experiencing different paths whether they’re welcome or not, so if anything, this has been quite a relatable and eye-opening experience.

Another glaring positive is just how cohesive and together this feels from start to finish. These songs are at a real advantage of being able to be listened to individually due to how complex and dense they are instrumentally, but the album experience 100% pays off when started at the beginning. It feels as though there was a vision that Sergio wanted to nail down before embarking on the creation and it’s totally come to fruition if that’s the case. For 17 perfect minutes, Memory Aisle allows for the listener to get out of their own head and into a truly meaningful and heartfelt album.

In the meantime while we patiently wait for more, please check out the important links below to listen, follow along, and of course to keep up with all future releases and information.
