Collaborating on an absolutely dreamy single titled “The Truth”, Sarah Manzo and Rossetti have come together for something spectacular. Read on for our full review of the track, as well as a background on these artists.
Combining a dose of ultra polished pop with mesmerizing R&B rhythms, Sarah Manzo and Rossetti’s “The Truth” is a total thing of beauty. While the production comes through instantly and makes you feel like you’re floating, both of their featured verses are like the cherry on top. Paired with a music video that we’ve linked in full below to watch, we sincerely can’t wait for everyone out there to get their eyes and ears on this.
Starring world-renowned dancer-actress-singer Christina Ricucci and actor Michael Naizu, the music video, brings a much needed visual aid to a song that deserves it. Of course we don’t want to spoil too much, so that’s all we’ll say for now, but it’s 100% a can’t miss. As for the song, it’s essentially a falling out of love story or “the crumbling of an unsteady relationship filled with frustration and despair, where you don’t fully trust someone with the uneasy feeling that they aren’t committed to you and your love and there are others lurking in the shadows of his mind”.
From start to finish and every moment in between, there’s a driving serenity that comes through on this. It somehow takes the nostalgic feeling of those 90’s R&B tracks and so delicately fuses it all with the modern. You get those pop vibes and it’s fully got a groove to bop along to, but you can’t help but be hypnotized by both of these artists and their silky vocals. They effortlessly keep you hanging on every last word and make you want to replay it all as soon as it’s done. We can’t say it enough, but there really is a special aura hanging around “The Truth” that signifies it as not just another song in a sea of many,
