Sahara Beck displays her best on single, "Kryptonite"
On her second single of 2021, Sahara Beck has expertly put together her latest called “Kryptonite” that we’ve instantly resonated with. Please read on for our glowing review of the track, as well as a background on the artist.
Based out of Queensland, Australia, Sahara Beck has been consistently flying under the radar with her unique take on pop music. Excelling on the production side of things, but ultimately always impressing with her vocals, there isn’t a single critique or negative point we could make on “Kryptonite”. Truly, we can’t wait for everyone to get their ears on this song as soon as possible.
With songwriting accolades such as multiple placing in the International Songwriting Competition, we’re not surprised her songs are as lyrically hard hitting as they are. Honestly, every facet of this song has been a wonder for us because it excels in so many different categories. To really pay attention to the production once again, we recommend everyone give this song a listen with a nice pair of headphones, in order to really accentuate the subtleties. Her voice pops just a little bit more, but that sweet thumping bass present continues to be a standout too.
We did ourselves a big favor before listening and checked out the rest of her music prior to “Kryptonite”, and to no surprise at all, there’s plenty of hidden gems. What we most enjoyed was the clear evolution and improvement in sound though. On the journey to “Kryptonite”, her music has gotten more crisp, refined, and ultimately the songwriting improvements are all present. She puts together these imagery-filled lyrics that paint a picture and make it so easy to follow along with. With that being said, the base she’s set going forward is nothing short of astounding, we can’t wait to follow her along for the rest of the ride.
