Staying incredibly consistent with his releases, Prithvi Prajosh has made a quick return with his second of the year, “I MISS YOU”. Keep reading for an in-depth look into the single, as well as a background on this emerging artist.

Originally from India but now representing the music scene in Los Angeles, Prithvi Prajosh is a singer and songwriter who’s taking life by the reins and making decisions to set himself up for the long term. Having graduated from Berklee College of Music, he’s been putting together an eclectic mix of sounds and genres in his growing discography, but his latest “I MISS YOU” is a classic indie rocker that focuses heavily on imagery-filled lyricism. Plain and simple, we’re highly recommending you give it a spin.

With so much more on the way in the coming months, expect to see a sonic shift in sounds from EDM to Future Bass and even a string of collaborations with some seriously talented producers. All that in due time though, because at the moment we’re focusing on the greatness that is “I MISS YOU”. On this song, Prithvi has led with his dynamic vocals that are packed to the brim with passion, emotion, and a real compelling storyline. You can probably connect the dots for yourself, but it’s a story that talks about ex-relationships all the while harnessing the sounds of the early 2000’s.

Though it may not pertain to Prithvi himself, we can confidently say that by exploring the themes of the song, it’s only amplified our love for the track as a whole. Coming in at just a tad under the three minute mark, it’s one of those listens that props up the best moments of it all and doesn’t include any pointless filler. Right out of the gate, Prithvi sets the tone with his commanding sound and is delicately backed up by sweet acoustics and a slightly nostalgic feeling that’s present from beginning to end. We suppose that might be the point, but honestly it took us back to similar sounding songs from our childhood which is always a major plus.

With all that being said though, we’re sincerely looking forward to exploring the rest of his discography, but even more interested to see what else comes in the future months! For now, please go ahead and check out the links below to listen, follow along, and to keep up with everything on the way.
