PAU, xpxp, and her0ism team up for massive collaboration on new single, "DUMP YOUR BOYFRIEND"

With a massive collaboration recently released, we’re thrilled to be reviewing the all new single “DUMP YOUR BOYFRIEND” coming from xpxp, her0ism, PAU, and Ryo Ito. Please read along with us for our full review of the track, in addition to a background on these talented artists.
For those that might be unaware, xpxp is the work of two award winning producers named her0ism and Ryo Ito. With the addition of PAU (NBC’s The Voice) to the track, there was no way this was going to be a bust, and after having listened multiple times already, it’s a winner in our eyes. PAU has already made waves within the industry after her co-written K-Pop hits like “Mago” and “Melting Winter” saw success.
Now with this collaboration between hit makers in the scene, we’re fully expecting to see this one blow up. Specifically on “DUMP YOUR BOYFRIEND”, the artists have come together to create a wondrous statement, but in addition to that, have had the ability to showcase their talents equally. So many problems with collaboration tracks these days are artists not getting their own moment to shine, or being overshadowed by one another. That’s where this track is different, each talent gets a moment to show off, and we think that’s fantastic.
While we hope this isn’t a one off track between these artists, we’ll just have to have this one on repeat until we get further news. Coming in at just a little over 2 and a half minutes, there’s no reason why this wouldn’t be able to go on all of your playlists, no matter the vibe or atmosphere each one is trying to give off. There’s so much emotion packed into each second of the song, it’s just waiting to be streamed over and over again.
After listening through this a bunch, we had no choice but to dig into each artist’s past work, and to no surprise in the slightest, they were all big winners. So once you’ve listened through to this track, do yourselves a big favor and check out the individual artist’s music to really see where your favorite parts in “DUMP YOUR BOYFRIEND” stemmed from. It could be a fun project for yourself and ultimately would leave you to even better music!
So with this all being said, we loved what we heard and are looking forward to more! Now’s about the time we’ll let you know to stop reading...and start listening!
