Releasing in 2 weeks on Friday, October 16th, Nick Nassab is fully geared up to release yet another fantastic album. If the sound on “I Don’t” is any indication of the album sound, then let us be the first to say just how excited we are to hear an album full of tunes just like this.

For those that don’t know, Nick Nassab is a San Francisco based singer and songwriter who has released music under many names (most notably DUKEn) and played in various projects (Open Market) from 2004 to 2010.  His first release under his own name came in 2011 with his album, Long Distance. He quickly released a side-b in the winter called Subspace. These acoustic guitar driven folk songs used a "back-to-basics" approach after several years of experimental electronic music.

Looking towards his latest release and this single in particular, we absolutely love what we heard overall. As true fans of everything acoustic guitar, the opening spoke directly to our souls. As soon as Nick’s smooth vocals came in, we were sold, this is really all we needed to be convinced that the work he’s putting out is top notch. It got us even more excited for the release of Beyond Clement, which we’ll definitely be keeping a close eye on as the release comes sooner.

We don’t want to give too much away, because we’d prefer you listen for yourself, but fans of indie acoustic rock are going to eat this up in the best ways possible. Being in California ourselves, we hope it’s only a matter of months until we can witness in a live setting. Somewhere intimate where the artist can share his message straight to our faces is how we imagine his performances would go. Only time will tell though!

With this all being said, do yourselves a favor and take the time to listen, we promise you won’t regret it. For all things Nick Nassab, to listen to “I Don’t”, and to keep up with all future releases and information, please check out the following links below.
