Kristina Menissov proves she can do it all on "Crown" - Interview
All set for its official release on January 28th, 2022, we got the opportunity to sit and speak with Kristina Menissov all about her astonishing new single, “Crown”! Check out our full interview below.
Proving she can do it all in addition to her acting and modeling, Kristina Menissov is also an impeccably talented musician who’s prepping for a genre expansive single called “Crown”. Blending in her Kazakhstani and Ethiopian background into the mix, the song is Middle Eastern-inspired in both its sound and style. Getting to speak with Kristina about the song was easily the highlight of our day and we truly can’t wait for everyone out there to get listening.
Co-written by Kristina and Cansel, they also enlisted the help of Los Angeles producer Andrew Lane (Keith Sweat, Backstreet Boys) who helped to put the finishing touches on the pop-centric track. With so much more slated for release this year, a lot of which we discussed heavily in our interview, now’s the perfect time to hop on the bandwagon of Kristina Menissov who’s clearly proven she’s got the artistic image to keep this going.
Now obviously the real priority is to get listening as soon as this song releases, but in the meantime, Kristina’s built up a pretty impressive discography that absolutely shows off her musical versatility. One of our questions was actually about her vision going forward in terms of style and we received an interesting answer about her upcoming song that centers around the BLM marches of 2020. It will definitely be a change in sound and we’re quite interested to see how the music video turns out as well.
