JEWLS reaches perfection on atmospheric single, "All I Want"
Emerging into 2022 with a thing of pure beauty, JEWLS has delivered her next big single, “All I Want”. Please read on for a closer look at the track, in addition to a background on this talented artist.
Merging together classical pop, deep synthesizers, and a heavy dose of experimentation within her sound, JEWLS’ latest song “All I Want” is sensational. Leading the charge with silky smooth vocals that provide a constant throughout the listen, she’s followed by an atmospheric instrumentation that seemingly transports the listener to another dimension. Needless to say, this is both a song and an artist that we’re highly recommending.
Through our first few listens, we were absolutely perplexed with the density of the song. You’ll quickly realize that really is led by her vocals, however the subtle piano really does provide a base. Now there’s a ton going on atmospherically as we mentioned, but we’ve got to give a huge shout out to the production on this song that ties together all the loose ends. A sincere suggestion would be to listen to this on a nice pair of headphones, otherwise you’d sorely be missing out on the intricacies that shine the brightest within “All I Want”.
Lyrically speaking, JEWLS has laid it all out on the line for the listener to pick from and connect the dots within her story. Her vocal control and range is something to marvel at, but the way that she urges the listener to hang on every word is probably the most impressive part by far. The way that the mixing was done here also needs a nod due to where the most intimate moments are laid. It’s honestly not often we’d call a song “perfect”, but it’s legitimately difficult to pick anything out here that would lead us to believe otherwise. You’ll hear for yourself and definitely fall in love with it in the process.
