Hana Canhasi shares her slow burning single, "With You"
After a string of already successful singles this year so far, Hana Canhasi has just hit us with another one titled “With You” that we’ve quickly fallen in love with. Read on for our in-depth review of the track, as well as a background on the artist.
Originally from Kosovo, but now residing around St. Louis, Missouri, Hana Canhasi is an immensely talented singer who’s always been immersed in the world of music. From growing up in talent shows to uploading YouTube covers, her path to original music has always been on the way. On her newest single “With You”, the artist has expertly blended together a wonderful R&B and Pop track that we’re overwhelmingly recommending all to listen.
To help get her own personal message out there, original music began flowing from Hana in 2020 where she’s slowly evolved her sound and continues to experiment on each release. While the process is always changing and she continues to learn, we couldn’t help but be overly impressed by everything surrounding “With You”. On this sub 3 minute track, Hana has masterfully put together a slow burner of a single that’s easily grooveable and features a high replayability factor.
From the deep lyricism to the top tier production value, there isn’t a single lull or dull moment that the song features. While it’s difficult to point out a specific highlight as everything about the listen was great, we do have to say that Hana’s vocals are what probably stood out the most. She connects with the audience on a spiritual level and convinces us all to listen to each word that comes next. The song allows for you to slow it all down and connect with her message, but in a beautiful way that also encourages you to escape into the world she’s created.
It should probably go without saying, but we’re once again going to recommend you all give this track a listen, as well as a full discovery of everything she’s made so far. There’s plenty of musical gems to uncover within her discography, so it’s definitely worth hopping down the rabbit hole.
