Dree Mon cranks it up on energetic single, "Ooh La La"
Out on May 14th, 2021, we’re thrilled because Dree Mon has put out yet another unbelievably catchy single, titled “Ooh La La”. Please read along with us as we share our complete thoughts on the track, as well as a background on the artist as well.
Dree Mon, a project and moniker from award-winning song-writer Dree Paterson, described as "the sardonic love child between David Bowie and Wonder Woman from the valley," is a Los Angeles based, funky pop artist who made her debut with "Rebel Soul,". We’ve instantly fallen in love with her newest track “Ooh La La” and we think you will too!
Now we’ve got to kick off this write up with the hard fact that this was our first introduction to the music of Dree Mon. However, now that we’ve welcomed ourselves into the club, we’ve been blown away with the consistent output of upbeat and highly danceable music that she’s bringing to the world. “Ooh La La” was a fantastic introduction, and now having listened to all of her music, we can confirm it would be a lovely jumping off point for all new listeners.
With the feature coming from Tamara Bubble on this newest single, the two have come together and collaborated for a funky pop single that plays with 80’s disco elements. All together, it proved to us that the replayability factor is a 10 out of 10. Without a doubt it will be added to all of our playlists for endless and repeat listening.
What we’re loving the most about Dree Mon and her special brand of music is the carefree and lightness to it all. It’s the type of sound that you can instantly vibe to no matter the mood you’re in or the way you’re feeling. For us, it’s been a virtually guaranteed good time to flip on Dree’s music and it let flow through us. This track is no different, so it should probably come as no surprise that we are highly recommending and suggesting that all the readers out there get in on this as soon as can be!
