Casey Noel brings life to "Playing God" on new music video - Watch
We promised there would be more, and would you look at that, there is! Right on the heels of Casey Noel’s latest single “Playing God”, she’s just delivered an official music video that doubles as a live performance of the stellar track. Watch it in full below.
Now we can only assume that if you’re reading past the first paragraph that you’ve just clicked the link above to check out the music video. In that case, spoilers below! It’s been about two weeks or so since Casey Noel’s “Playing God” has been released, but it’s certainly been on our mind since. As she’s delicately created a modern sounding country track with a whole lot of pizzazz, it was really a wonderful thing to get to see her and the band together for a live video.
Wonderfully shot from start to finish and complementing each performer, Casey is obviously the star of the show, but she’s backed up by a group of immensely talented musicians. So much of what we enjoyed about this song comes from the jamming on the instrumentation, and you can only imagine our pure delight to see it get played up close and personal. Now we’ve got our eyes and sights set on hopefully witnessing it live one day, in addition to the rest of her tunes.
It’s so great to see that everyone brings their own style into the mix, but also the undeniable fact that they’re equally having fun. Playing music doesn’t feel like a chore to these artists, rather a passion that comes through in the video. For the rest of her released songs, and hopefully whatever else is on the way, we sincerely hope to see more music videos in this style to bring a visual component to the greatness.
