Ayush Paul, Pboy, & Charger collaborate on inventive track, "Last Night"
Coming together for an inventive collaboration track they’ve titled “Last Night”, consider us more than impressed with the latest work of Ayush Paul, Pboy, and Charger. Read on for our glowing review of the single, in addition to a background on these artists.
While each of these musicians are quite prolific in their own solo careers, magic has happened, because the work of Ayush Paul, Pboy, and Charger is next level on their newest, “Last Night”. One of the best parts of our multiple listens is being able to pick apart what each artist brings into the mix, especially through the production and song composition. Pboy and Charger have already solidified an impressive discography for themselves, but this appears to be Ayush Paul’s debut, and he’s already come out with a bang thus far.
Coming in at just a tad under three minutes in length, the power trio waste no time immediately immersing the listener in a series of rich sounds, pulsating beats, and something truly original. Typically, the best part of collaborations like this are that you get artists who strive to think outside of the box and not phone in a performance that’s forgettable at the end. Especially because this is a single instead of an album, it allows for so many more listeners to be opened up to the works of new artists. With that being said, we confidently think that anyone who clicks the play button is going to find three new creators that are worth checking out in-depth.
Lyrically speaking, it’s always difficult to interpret the meanings behind their personal stories, especially when there’s multiple people on the project. Still though, it allows for the listener’s interest to be piqued from start to finish as there’s always something going on whether it’s a clever line or novelty effect. Each individual really does bring a specificity to the table, but more than anything we’re interested to see how Ayush Paul’s future tracks are going to come out. It’s his first as we mentioned, but he’s setting himself up for something special as more continues to come out.
